Neither will decay faster. Reason: biology doesn't care about theology.

It depends. Which religion was the person of the theist corpse? If they were a religion that did not allow embalming, then the theist would decay faster and smell worse. Otherwise, the only thing that would determine the rate of decay would be the type of burial, where they were buried, the physical characteristics of the person, etc.

probably an athiest since they would not have a reason to try and maintain the corpse (albeit an evil process) they would not require the use of a mortition nor his chemicals without these the body would decay naturally, and of course putred stinks.
since an atheist has no belief, and a theist believes in a creator/G-d.

Who ever died first would smell the worse. Decay would be at the same rate either way.

Neither. They will have the same rate of decay and the same putrid smell, since they are made of the same material and have been left in the same environment.

They would both rot at the same rate if they are left in the same environment; beliefs isn't a relevant factor at all.

same rate. because decomposition is a natural effect. it is regulater only by how much bacteria is in the body at the time of death. it has nothing to do with religion.
