I havent done anything yet and i need help deciding what activities to do!! I know we're going to have half the people do an ouija board while the other half do something else that i havent decided...and also im making a haunted house and we're playing ghost in the graveyard.
What else can i do? I also need some stuff i can put in the haunted house...and i have a budget so it cant be too pricey.

Make sure you have some spooky tunes and regular music too.
Gross foods are always a big hit like Kitty Litter Cake. You can find the recipe easily on the internet.
Have a costume contest with a few different categories.
Mummy Wrap is a fun cheap game. All you need is lots of cheap toilet paper. Get people into groups of two. One person is the mummy and the other person has to wrap them in TP. Whoever gets there mummy wrapped first wins.
For the haunted house. Hanging pieces of fishing line from the ceiling and then misting it with water. Makes for a yucky cobweb feeling when you walk into it.
Colored lights bulbs are a cheap way to make things look creepy.

You can spray paint appels black and put them in a REALLY big bowl full of red die... Then there's pin the tail on the cobb webb... it would be easy to loose. Um... What about putting chocolate laxadives in the cake... then you could lock all of the bathroom doors: WEEEEE you'd be the only one there having fun. Alright, being serious... you could do a fake saiance and have one of you're friends do something scarry... and then throw this thick, gooey stuff on them while you're friends cut of the lights. Then tell them that it's pig's blood... then cutt the lights on and show them that it really isn't... still, you'd be the only one there having fun.

A fog machine in the haunted house would be nice........machine runs from $20-45. A bottle of fog juice about $10.

smoking punch looks great and is cheap...make some punch (booze optional), get some dry ice and put into bowl with the punch!!! warning: do not let anyone drink the actual dry ice...very bad!!! good idea to leave it in one big chunk....getting drunk is always a crowd pleaser and its better with something to look at....twister is usually funny when everyone is wearing costumes especially if you take the time to paint the colors Halloween style.....
