I'm 26 and in July our full term baby died at birth. I was fine for awhile but I guess that everything is just now hitting me and I am so desperate for help. I totally feel like God hates me. When I am having a decent day and everything seems to be going well, something TERRIBLE always happens. I'm tired of crying. I think that I am driving my fiance crazy and he just doesn't know what to do or say to make me feel better and he is just so frustrated. I want to get better and I want to feel love again and I just feel like I need God but it just seems like he hates me right now and I have so much anger inside of me that I feel like I'm going to explode. I really need help! My fiance travels a lot for work so being alone often definitely doesn't help!

instead of waiting for noah and abraham to come along, killing thousands more people, and starting over with people who had already been tainted for generations? He obviously had no problem with wiping us out, so why not do it when the problem first arose and get rid of sin altogether? Did he not know how to make us again? Was killing only two people too easy? Less fun? Was it because Barney Fife wasn't around to tell him to "nip it in the bud?" Why?

When I have dreams, sometimes there are people present that I don't ever remembering knowing/meeting/seeing. Are these people just figments of my imagination or have I seen these people before?

Please don't use formal dictionary pronunciation symbols; I've never quite understood those. Instead, please use "sounds like" comparisons.

Somebody cleverly said that we have no time to read good books; we should read the best ones. The Gutenberg Project on the Internet introduces thousands of best books. I even face the problem of choosing the number one best among the best.
I choose the Kitab-i-Aqdas of Baha'u'llah among the Quran, the Bible, the Torah, and many other Books of various religions. And I think a big 'bang bang' would occur on this forum, if I announced that I have made the best choice! Thousands of Muslims would say it must be the Quran; the Christians the Bible, the Hindu the Bhagavad Gita...!
But it is a miraculously new thing that not all the Baha'is would agree in my pointing out that the Kitab-i-Aqdas is the best Baha'i Holy Book. Because Baha'u'llah has reavealed more than one hundred Books to show the way for building the world divine civilization. I have not read all of them, how can I say which is the number one best!
Perhaps, we should let each man to use his freedom to make the choice, right?

why isn't everyone Catholic?

I mean if you are going to choose a religion, wouldn't you choose the religion that was founded by Jesus Christ?

Like:

Jehovah's Witness-Charles Taze Russell
Protestant- Martin Luther
Catholicism- Jesus Christ

Some people often tell me what god's intentions are or they explain things in terms of god. Isn't this a good way to make a person ignorant to other possibilities? Sure the existence of god is possible but should you let that idea influence all your decisions and opinions. Like people who will not except evolution because their bible doesn't agree with it. Well maybe god created man through evolution or maybe god doesn't exist. Could you just consider it without referring to your bible or pastor?

All right...there's this kid "Joe" here at college...he's always had this superior attitude like he's better than everyone...our school is 99.99% black, and lots of the students come from low-income families....

So Joe sends me a message on myspace asking me who "Rodney" is (a gay friend of mine who lives in MO. We lost contact for ten years and just now got back in touch) Joe saw his picture on I thought he was making fun of Rodney, so I tell Joe that he shouldn't be making fun of gay people or anybody at all... so Joe goes, "I wasn't trying to be funny...I thought he was cute...I'm bisexual, but please don't tell anybody."

Now I'm straight...and I have about 7 gay friends...but I'm not sure if Joe is trying to play a trick on me or if he really is bi...we don't even talk that much...I think it's weird that he'd come out to me....what should I do? Is he playing a trick on me, or is he serious?

Then why are so many Christians such narrow minded hate filled people,telling you all about all the people that are going to hell with that little gleam in their eye that says that they would love to be able to watch them suffer. Or that fine religious leader going around to soldiers funerals protesting and saying the soldiers are dying because America lets the fags live here and god hates fags, his words not mine. And is any church trying to stop him? No it took a bunch of bikers to keep this freak away from people funerals,he was even going to do the same thing at the funerals of those amish girls that got shot last week.

These are totally different things.

Personally, I feel that you should be proud of who you are.

As a black woman in the South, to successfully overcome all obstacles that are already put before you at birth, without milking the system is definately something to be proud about.
As a black person, I still face discrimination.
It makes me stronger for whatever life throws my way, to break down barriers that stand in the way of my success.

I walk in pride.

At the same time, I don't disrespect other races.

In fact, the only way I would disrespect someone is if they disrespect me.

I don't care what color you are, RESPECT ME AND I SHALL RESPECT YOU.

OK I know Griffons lay agates and not eggs but do the agates act like eggs and hatch? How do they females have babies if they just lay rocks?
