Has the art of "chivalry" died out completely??? Do all men now only want to talk about themselves & sex(in that order)?. Is the art of conversation dying, is there no respect left in the singles community?? Are you a male experiencing the same problem with females? Are you a gentleman...who begs to differ??? Are you a woman who has managed to snare one of the few gents left??? Are you like me, and have recently rejoined the "singles" community after divorce, and are shocked at the way things have changed?Feel dismayed and out of your depth? Have any advice for me???? These are examples from the Gospel of Matthew were Jesus refered to the Old Testament in his teachings:

Matthew 22:29 Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.

Matthew 21:42 Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures:
" 'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone;
the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes?

So shouldn't all Christians take both the New and the Old Testaments into account? If not, why not?

Isn't this where it all began? Everything which was, is, and will ever be allegedly got it's start right there. How could creatures which existed for millions of years be overlooked? these are factors which all help shape who we are and determine the type of people we become. therefore discuss the disadvantages of lacking all or some of these catagories and why each one of them- age, race, sexuality, religion, nationality are so important to us as human beings.

This is actually a first for me. Up to this point, I've had hardcore Christian girlfriends (although, ironically, I'm agnostic) who are as straight as can be. Now, I've come across a wonderful girl who I love with all my heart. One day, she told me that she was bisexual. She told me everything, that she's dated girls, won't hesitate to proclaim that a girl (or guy) is hot, has had sex with girls, etc etc. I didn't surprise me, because she has a lot of friends who are sexually open to anything. I'm not homophobic, but now that I know this, I'm insecure about us. One of her friends, who I'd assumed was just a best friend, is actually an ex of hers. With this in mind, and the fact that they like each other's company so much, I wonder if anything is going on behind my back. You see, the problem I'm having is that her range of love extends beyond gender. Normally, I'd be concerned if she was hanging around some guy a lot, but now that this isn't limited to gender, I'm not sure wha

The Bible tells us that we are to be ready to give an account of the hope that we have in Christ Jesus. Why are most of us so unprepared when it comes to answering questions for non-christians.

Faith and science go hand in hand. Blind faith is not what we are called to. God gave us a brain that can reason and deduct. So why don't we use it.

I believe there is proof out there that could answer the questions of an atheist. Any ideas?
