The proliferation of reversed cards makes me nervous.. Environment is you're Thrilled to have the job offer, already celebrating, even if you haven't decided yet whether to take it. The Moon (Balance) is reversed, meaning that your recent Past has been out of balance you feel like half of a person. Present is looking for guidance, but not actually listening to what's being said. You're reaching for a point in your life where you can sit back and be happy, but the six of wands is a celebration card, You're too quick to jump to conclusions. I.E. you've got the job offer, so it must be a good time to be me. But a Job offer doesn't always equal happiness. Empress is the giver of earthly gifts, meaning you are a very generous person, but the Star reversed in Environment means you're losing hope of whether or not you'll find a new job that suits you.
Nine of wands means You want a leadership role and some responsiblity, but it's just out of reach.
The High priestess is the guardian of secrets. There is something about this job that they aren't telling you. You may have to work with a really nasty boss, or have other problems. Go back and ask more questions about what is expected of you before making your decision.

I'm also new at tarot and I'm trying to interpret the Celtic cross spread in regards to whether or not the current relationship that just ended in my life will be fixable.
