Yep, I'm back! I think my questions are good questions that people actually want to answer. And I only ask them because I see some things on this site that makes me ask. Why should I not ask? And why would people think that I think everyone hates black people just because I ask? I don't see any violation notices in my e-mail, so they must not bother everyone. Your thoughts?

I am Christian, and I am curious about you!

I have 3 questions:
1: How/why did you become a member?
2: What do you believe?
3: Why do you believe these things (scriptural/etc backup)?

Some examples I've found (using Google) include: 3HO, Anatmananda, Baha'i, The Brothers and Sisters, The Bruderhof, Children of God, Christian Science, Church Universal and Triumphant, Cooneyites, Earth Liberation Front, Emissaries of Divine Light, Endeavor Academy, Est, Falun Gong, The Family, The Formation, Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization, Hare Krishna, Infinity - Forms of Yellow Remember, Jehovah Witnesses, Jim Jones, Kairos Foundation - Life Training Program, Larouche, Lifespring, Moonies, Mormon, Mother of God, Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO), People's Temple, Seventh-Day Adventism, Satanism, Scientology, The Society of Brothers, Solar Temple, Two by Twos, The Unification Church, Unitarianism.

Can you please inform me, as I don't know anything about these, and haven't even heard of lots of them?

Isreal. Most of the middle east run by Islamic law. Vatican City. USA and neo-cons christian right...Here is what George Carlin once said, and I think it sums it up the best...
"I'm completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. My idea is that these two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death."

Our talents are gifts from God...how we use them is our gift to God.

There is a Bible story of a Master who goes away and trusts his servants with his money according to their abilities. He does not give everyone the same abilities - but you should take what he gives you and DO THE BEST YOU CAN.
Even GOD isn't for entitlements and generational welfare. He is for doing the best you can and making yourself as successful as you can!

Laziness is a sin but some think we should reward that with welfare. Is that right?

I am ALL FOR HELPING the POOR....IF....they want to help themselves.

Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be an heir with the son of the free woman.-Galations 4:30. abraham had 2 sons, isaac and ishmael. isaac symbolizes New Covenant in this chapter, Ishmael represents Old Covenent. But as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit.

This might be confusing so Anyway, how do you become heir with Isaac and his offspring? accept Jesus as Savior and stop referring to Him as just a 'prophet' what do you think of this?

Here in Missouri - we had a funeral for a troop that was supposed to come home, and one week before he was sent home, his Humvee was struck by an armor-piercing grenade. A christian - baptist church group drove 5 hours down to this man's funeral and started protesting the war in the middle of the service! I want to know your thoughts on this. My thoughts are - how dare they... and neither the time or place to put on such demonstration. Link to the story is here: http://www.godhatesfags.com/fliers/sep2006/20060907_michael-deason-funeral.pdf

I am making a blog of thier website and not protesting, but exposing this hatred to everyone .... any real christians out there?? Then you need to do something about your fellow brethren.

The prayer could be offered by any man of the cloth. He says, "Amen!" and the congregation responds, "Amen!." Are you stating, "So be it!" or are you saying, instead of Amen, you are saying, "I endorse it!" Which do you say or which are you actually sayin g in your heart even though you don't say it out loud? When you pray yourself alone, which do you say at the closing of a prayer?

How can you call Islam a peaceful religion when it was founded at the sword by it's prophet?

People have, without a doubt, corrupted Christianity throughout history and killed people in it's name. This is something I am, of course, not proud of, but at least Jesus didn't go killing innocent people just because they didn't believe his religion. He also didn't tell people to wage war for him.

Christianity, at least in theory, should be modeled after peace and love. Islam believes in killing infidels, as quoted by it's prophet after burning alive thousands of pagans.

How is Islam peaceful?

infallable, according to church teaching? So if He appologizes for anything that would mean he was wrong and therefore not infallable. And therefore not a pope.

Allthough I don't think his comments were wrong this is the reason he won't appologize for it.

Correct?
