Like aren't kids and teens trying to act like adults too much. I'm only 14 years old and I have friends already smoke, drink, and some of them already lost there virginity. Boys and girls. It may seem like I hang around the wrong group of people but I have a lot more things in common with them. They say that I'm just scared or I'm missing out and all that but I don't listen to them. I listen to my parents. I know what's right and what's wrong. Kids also look up to the wrong people. Like they look up to athletes, entertainers, like say Scarface or 2pac. My role models are my parents. All kids should look up to there parents and should love and respect them. Some kids now don't respect there mother. They're what brought us to this world. I think my generation needs to realize that were the future. I enjoy being a teenager. I don't want to be an adult. What are you guys' thoughts on kids and teenagers? Kids and Adults can answer.

why am i wasting my time in yahoo answers watching all that attack on muslims while we were actually insulted by the pope???
why am i looking for comfort in any one's answer defending islam...?

the reward of 72 virgins for slaying infidels seems like those virgins are being bought and paid for by perverts who kill for the privilege to rape them. is this sick or what? Do you think people are going to be more spiritual on their own in the future by knowing more about the universe, and such ? Or do you think it would have to take a disaster, like an asteroid, or some sign in the sky, to make them believe? God loves His people, but they should have the fear of God and His wrath as well. Do they understand that, do you suppose? More than one question, so just answer the first one, and if you want, comment about the other if you want. Some people have made out Christians to be condeming or stupid, etc., but do they realize that God can punish as well as love? Thanks.

Since the various versions disagree on some things, they can't all be correct. That's logically impossible.

And what evidence can you provide that YOUR version is the infallible one, while the others are not?


Saying "the original" writings doesn't help any

If you know anything about "the bible" you know that different versions disagree on which writings should be included in the first place.

It doesn't matter if you're reading the original book of Job, if two versions disagree on whether Job is legitimate.




... and please, unlike last time, back your answer up with some evidence.
I don't want to know that you think that the King James version is the only true word of god, I want to know if you can back that up!

La police de France a arreté 2 femmes coupables à voler.

Mardi le 3 Mai 1999,2 femmes ont braqué une banque à Paris et puis elles se sont échappées en leur voiture vielle qui avait une tache rouge sur sa portière du conducteur.elles se sont éloignées.
Un moment plus tard,Thierry Francois,l'agent de police a été informé que la voiture des voleuses est en train de passer la meme rue que lui.Thierry a cherché la rue mais il n'a rien trouvé.comme il était intelligent et malin,il a deviné que peut-être les 2 femmes ont laissé la voiture quelque part.
puis il a apercu 2femme à l'arrêt du bus qui portaient un sac.il leur a demandé:"éxcusez-moi medames,est-ce que vous avez apercu une voiture qui avait une tache rouge sur sa portière du conducteur et qui roulait trop vite?"
une des femmes a repondé qu'elles l'ont vues et qu'elle roulait vers le nord (elle a pointé a son droit)
Thierry a suspecté les 2femmes de braquer la banque et il les a arretées.
mais comment il les a reconnues ?

Me and my g/f have been together for 3-1/2 years now,i've went in debt to have us a stable home,i want her to have anything within my power to get for her.I love her so damn much-BUT she misses her home state and want's to move there.She's from california,and i am from georgia.I was born here and have never moved anywhere else-i can't see myself in a big city like that.So my question is do i just let her go,or do i pack up and move with her,and sell the home we're in now? I would feel so out of place there.!!!!!!

Do you have any of the originals? Just curious, without originals, we have copies, how do we know God really hates gay people as much as we read in Leviticus 18:22 or 1 Corinthians 6:9? Well its a safe bet Paul is a homophobe, but how can we be sure God really hates Gay people as much as the God does in Christian mythology?

Without the originals, how do we know the person who didn't copy it just hated gay people but the Christian God has no problem with them?

By realizing the Bible is not a textbook, or a piece of folklore but a Spiritual "Map" for the human soul. So save your phds and "inflated" intellect for Ben Stein. The Bible requires a Divine Encoder aka....Holy Spirit to reveal its text. If you do not possess the Spirit , no matter how much "university-backed "knowledge you think you have, it will never be enough to understand the deepness of the Spirit of God. God is not impressed with the "knowledge" of men.We should strive for wisdom that only comes from God..
