Satanism is a belief, not a non-belief, which means it has more in common with Christianity than atheism.

Atheists view it as critically as they do other kinds of theism. In short, it is equally nonsensical to us.

Why do most Christians think of atheists as immoral? The bible you follow says no man is without sin, and there isn't a person alive today that doesn't break commandments from time to time, so what makes you more of a moral person than me? I have a conscience, I know right from wrong, and I'm a good person. When I make a mistake or commit a "sin," I realize it and try to better myself and not do it again. Does the fact that I don't bow down and ask for forgiveness from God make me a bad person? I guess I'm just some crazy guy that thinks trying my best to be a good person and not commit sins is a better way to live than wollowing in my guilt and begging for forgiveness everytime I slip up. It seems to me that if God existed he would feel the same way unless he uses the same flawed logic as most of his followers.

I always get this screwed up. I'm writing a story about a girl who is actually a boy. But "she" dresses, acts as, and in all other aspects except physical IS a girl. She has not had a sex change.

I know between transexual and transgenderist one of them is someone who has had a sex change and one of them is like the girl I have mentioned above.

This is NOT cross-dressing. And don't give me any of those stupid 'God will punish people who do things like this' answers. Get over yourself. No one cares.

I have been coming to Answers for a short time now. Sometimes I find very good to the point questions. Lets call them questions with merit. A question a person would ask for direction to help them along their path. Other times I come here and I find nothing but trivial crap. My question is why do people concern themselves with such dribble and not seek the higher things? Does their lives and souls mean so little to them? Do they not know that there are states of being above human?

Does a 2 year old know what to do with 72 virgins?

Wouldn't that be statuatory rape?

Number two of the Satanic rules for Earth is:

"Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them."

Isn't that a bad rule to live by? Hasn't it been proven that keeping our emotions and "troubles" to ourselves is bad for our mental health? If you are getting depressed and have to talk to someone, wouldn't it be a good idea just to talk to someone and not worry about if that person is sure they want to hear what you have to say or not?

I'm really curious as to what other races think of white people in general.

I really don't want any white people answering this question, it would be kind've silly to let me know what white people think of white people.

Please keep your answers within the bounds of the following assumptions:
1 - that you're Christian, 2 - that Jesus is real (in the Christian God/Man sense), & 3 - that it's proven that Jesus was gay.

So I'm not interested in your answer if you're just going to say "Well, he wouldn't be because he's perfect" or "I'm an atheist, so I don't believe in Jesus anyway." You don't have to. It's just a hypothetical question. If it makes you too uncomfortable to think about, just move on to the next question. And I don't want to see any "idk's" in there.

People who have knowledge of religion should answer my question. No religion allows killing innocent people. If Usama is Dehshatgard then Bush/Blair Sadam all are Society Criminals

The premise of Intelligent Design is that all life and complexity must have had a creator.

In response to being asked who created the creator:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AsH7egdFtEJYTXRBxk3Q9Krzy6IX?qid=20060912221136AAym5Lf
We were just told that the creator (living & complex) does NOT in fact require a creator.

In other words, this person is saying that the original premise of ID was false to begin with.

And the whole thing disappears in a puff of logic.

Thank you for taking this little tour through the workings of logic.
Please tip your waitstaff.

Do you know that there are more than 2 million Filipinos living in the United States? They are the 2nd largest asian minority group in the country, second only to the Chinese, yet most people in the United States can't even spell the word "Filipino" or worst-- thinks that they haven't met one.

By posting this question to the American public, I am hoping that my fellow Filipino-Americans realize that its time to stand up, be known, and contribute to the betterment of the society in ways that are more visible than serving 'lumpia' at parties.

She said,
"My favorite qoute is 'Who told you that you were naked?'-Genisis."

I was laugfhing so hard, I fell on the floor. I can't belive I overlooked that. Has anyone else noiced this and found it funny?

There are so many creationist versions to choose from and I'm having a real hard time picking one. I need your help. I think I have it narrowed down to the list below but I've run into a BIG problem. I can't find any evidence that proves which one of these gods are responsible for creation. Strangly enough, I can't find any evidence that disproves any of them either.
Please Help!

My list of Creationists:
1. Christianity
2. Islam
3. Hindu
4. Buhhda
5. Navaho Indian spiritual advisory (The Great EAGLE spirt)
6. Ralien cult (the people that say aliens engineered us)
7. Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (I get the feeling, that this one may be some kind of scam, must investigate more)
8. Followers of RAH (the sun god)

btw, If it wouldn't be too much trouble could you provide me with the empircal data that proves which one is responsible for creation?
