If someone utters the word "***-ger" it's considered highly wrong and the person is called a racist. But it's perfectly alright to refer to women as "bitches" and "hoes". Why is that?

Our landlord (we live in a 10bedroom student house) comes in every month to check that the house is clean. The contract does not mention this, is he legally allowed to do this? (i.e. FORCE us to keep it clean)

In keeping with the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, all energy transfers are sloppy. This means that a great deal more energy must be put into something before you can hope to get even a minuscule percentage of that energy back. Because lipids contain such a high amount of energy that serves a wide degree of functions (they are used to power both biomechanics and automobiles), this implies that an even greater amount of highly specialized energy must first go into its production.
Considering that lipids are a biomolecule, produced only by living or dead organisms (right?), and are also essential for the survival of all living organisms, how could they be produced by non-biological means? Are there any theories? Any experiments? I am very familiar with the Urey-Miller experiment, but that only seems to apply to very basic, unshaped amino acids in an unusable ratio and under impossible circumstances. So, how does this help Atheism and evolution? Any ideas would be appreciated.

what is decent and indecent in our society ? Just amazes me in our how nudity is more offensive and less tolerated then violence. Dare someone expose a nipple on national tv something that we all have but change the channel and watch people get stabbed, shot, blown up and thats fine. The natural act of sex will be banned with an x rating where you can watch people get killed, hacked up and beaten in all forms and fashion and only receive a pg 13 hmm something seems wrong with this picture. Just random thoughts sitting here at work with to much time on my hands... Any thoughts?

If the trinity is true then Jesus was praying to himself as he hung on the cross. And how could God die? So either Jesus was the Son of God, a man (notice I didn't say God the Son) or you've got to explaining to do on how you twisted your brain and understanding into some crazy knot to make sense of all that.

Why not just believe what the bible says hundreds of times that he was the son of God and not God?

I was wondering if the Catholics thought that their church is the same church Jesus Christ established when he was upon the earth? If they do, why do they not have Apostles like Christ did? Or do they? I've never heard of them if they do. Also, doesn't it say in Revelations somewhere that the 5th angel or 7th angel or somebody will bring the everlasting gospel back to the earth...why would they need to if it never left. Doesn't something have to be taken away to come back. ? Wouldn't you think that if it took Jesus to come here and establish His church, it would take Him to come back to re-establish it? Just wondering.
