I have heard so many Christians debate over this issue and I have heard "its a sin to drink and Christians should not partake in it" but on the other hand I have heard "its not a sin as long as you dont get drunk". When I use the scripture Ephesians 5:18 when it says "and be not drunk with wine wherein is excess, but be filled with the Holy Spirit, I get a response like "it said wine not beer and liquor". So I just wanted to hear from you guys because you all answered the other question so nicely.

those under 18? If you choose a religion, that's freedom of religion. If you don't want to do something that's your right.
But if you are under 18 and you don't do what they want you are rebellious and disobedient and need to be punished by loseing priviledges? Why is civil rights only for adults?

I fought in korea agains tthese communist hippys and now i have to deal with them in my own homeland. I am asking advise about lesbians who live near my house, they own a strip lesbian communist anit-american hitler-praising strip club. They make so much noise are night.

My brother-in-law just bought a house where there was a room that said witchkwaft (yes, spelled this way) on the door, weird symbols on an old wooden bed backboard and under the floor, pennies put all around the room in every room. Being Wiccan, I've never heard of such a thing. Is this just some stupid joke or something being played, or is it perhaps a real spell???? Thanks Serious answers only please!!!!

There are so many things in this world that are solid and unquestioning. 2+2 will always equal 4 and the Cubs will never when the world series. But in all seriousness I think the lack of faith in solid truth is disturbing in society today. I hear so often that truth is a relative term: that what might be true for one person isn't true for another. I can see this leading to choas and a lack of faith in all things seen and unseen. So my question for you is do you beleive that there is solid truth out there or is everything relative?

I simple arabian man with very simple arabian views. I read koran, bible, talmud, mormon book, watchtower, etc.. I open mind. i believe jesus but christians tell me i am muslim and i try to explain i am muslim-christian.

I'm an American and I think my people are stereotyped or being fat and arrogant.

I'm also a Texan and I think we are stereotyped for riding horses and being rednecks.

I don't think I fit the stereotypes at all!!!! However, I do like horses, but it's too hot to ride them in Texas.
