I already do that!He has always taken care of me.No matter what has happened in my life,Jesus has blessed me when i thought all was lost!
I have been out on the street almost, many times & at the last minute He comes through with a house. Not always the best, but good enough for warmth & shelter.
I've never been hungry or without clothes, well not since i was very young, but even then He came through.
Following Jesus means obeying his teachings, not neccessarily giving up all you have been blessed with.Just giving to others & praying for them & helping them whenever you can.
Jesus never meant for us to be destitute! If everyone were destitute, then how could we help the poor & needy? We would all be poor & needy!

I don't know who is telling you all this. Jesus participated
in society! He went to gatherings, he spoke to the unapproachable. He touched the untouchable. He worked as a carpenter until he was 33!
If you really feel that this is God's Will for you, maybe it would be a good idea to speak to others about. AND PRAY.

Noooooooooooo, darlin'.

Mind you, I'd leave any time to follow BUDDHA.

But then, he'd never ask me to "live by faith".

He'd tell me to take a philosophical test drive of his teachings, and if they got me to where I wanted to go...cinch the deal.

And if his teachings DIDN'T take me where I wanted to go...well...

Take the bus.

REPENT CHRISTIAN -- you follow not the words of your God and Savior. You are intolerant and judgemental. You profane His name. God is coming to judge you as you have judged others.
