The 2 commandments "Love God" and "Love your neighbor" spoken by Jesus are first found in the old testament
Deuteronomy 6:5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
Leviticus 19:18 'Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD
The Love laws summarize the 10 commandments. God wants us to love Him and love one another, you can keep the 10 commandments and not love God or your neighbor. But if you love God you will.
Not worship other gods
Not make and worship idols
Not take the name of God in vein
Keep the Sabbath(Saturday)
If you love your neighbor you will
Honor your mother and Father
Not Murder
Not commit Adultery
Not bear false witness against your neighbor
Not be covetous of anything that is your neighbor
The Love commandments deal with the heart, while the 10 commandments deal with actions.

The two great commandments are "Love the Lord, your God, with all your heart and soul and love your neighbor as yourself." The 10 commandments all fall under one of these two great commandments.
Love God:
You shall not worship any other god
You shall not take the name of God in vain
Remember the Sabbath
Love Others:
Honor your father and mother
You shall not murder
You shall not steal
You shall not commit adultry
You shall not bear false witness (lie about someone else)
You shall not covet your neighbor's wife
You shall not covet your neighbor's property.

the two great commandments sum up all of the commands in the Bible. If you love the Lord your God with all you heart- you will obey His commands- If you love the Lord your God with all your heart- you will love your neighbor as yourself.
A more specific correlation would be breaking down the ten commandments- the first five have to do with how you relate to God- loving the Lord your God with all your heart- and if you love your neighbor- the next five commandments should not be a problem
Remeber it is in the New Testament that Jesus says, "if you love me, you will obey my commands!"

According to Jesus the two first and foremost commandments are:
to love God, our Creator with all our being and above all "things" and
to love our neighbour (even if he is our enemy!) as ourselves.
All the other laws are based on those two.
Any laws or interpretations that deviate from those two are invalid.

Scripture tells us that all the other commands of God are bound up in those two. Following those two would simply encompass all the others.
