Ok so is Jesus Christ came as a prophet for the jews but the jews dod not believe that he was the son of god. and the christians left the jewish faith to follow Jesus. then why do the christians still use Jewish scripture..I.E. the Old Testiment for most of their belief practices.. should'ent they use the teachings of Christ as their
foundation?

What about Judge not lest ye be judged, tolorence, love thy neighbor, love thy enemy, turn the other cheek, do not covet, ETC!
Did we forget about all the similarities "Religions" have. Maybe we should practice real spirituality and not religion. Maybe if we walked the walk instead of talking and judging so much, the world might be a little better...."Let you with out sin cast the first stone."

Sure I was born in America, but my heritage lies in Sweden, Ireland, Venezuela, etc... You never really hear someone say that they are of American heritage?? what do you think?

If you think faith is so important, why can't you have faith in evolution? Is it because the theory isn't backed up by threats of damnation if you dont believe in evolution?

Maybe it's because the evolution theories dont give you any kind of mental security? Do you choose your belief according to what the belief can provide for you? Does that mean you choose to remain ignorant due to your selfishness?

You just believe in whatever makes you feel better? Where does truth come in to the picture?

I guess the truth is not important to you. What's important to you is tricking yourself into believing that somethings keeping you safe for the sake of feeling good.

The carrot and the stick mentality of Christianity does not seem very admirable to me and seems quite selfish. Perhaps this is the ultimate clue it was a product of the human mind and not that of any supreme being.
