I would say hot water and laundry soap.
As for the comment "two points for me, two fingers for you" comment, thats probably how the sperm stains got there in the first place :)

DON'T WEAR ANY, HA HA!! YOU ARE REALLY FUNNY THOUGH, I DO NOT THINK THAT YOU INTENDED TO BE. DO A PRE-WASH CYCLE IN COLD WATER WITH TIDE COLD WATER DETERGENT. I READ IN CONSUMER REPORTS THAT IT WORKS REALLY WELL. SPERM CONTAINS OODLES OF PROTEIN THAT IS WHY IT STAINS. YUCK!!
