I’ll start with a small introduction. Hazrat Zainab was the daughter of Prophet Mohammad’s father’s sister. So HAzrat Zainab was his first cousin. She was first married to Hazrat Zaid bin Harris who was a slave of Hazrat Khadija at one time. But when Hazrat Zaid’s father came to fetch him, Hazrat Zaid preferred staying with Prophet Mohammad and so, Prophet Mohammad adopted him. Ok. God (and Jesus) loves me, right? And the only way I can get into heaven is to believe in him, right? And because he loves me, he wants me to get into heaven - ok so far?

Good. In that case, if that's what he wants, why doesn't he just pop out and say hello. I'd believe in him then, and I'd go to heaven, and we would both be happy.

Or is it because he is a narcissist who loves adoration more than he loves his children?

I don't understand how people can believe in a deity who demands believe and obedience above all things and then fail to provide proof of existance (the bible doesn't count - much of it is paraphrased from the original texts anyway - the 'Virgin' Mary is a prime example).

If God wants my obedience and my love, he can have it, just as soon as he shows up and asks for it. Until then, why should I believe he is anything other than either non existant, or just doing it as a power trip.

I am happy to be convinced I am wrong!

Can you give me one piece of evidence toward the earth being older then 6000 or so years in age? Mind you I am going to combat your eviendence.

1) The moon is leaving the earth. It ISgetting farther away each year. It also governs the tides. In the past of course the moon was closer. Causing the tides to be so strong that it would flood all of the earth twice daily. And not that long ago either.

2) The earth is slowing down. They call it a leap second. About every two to three years the earth spins one second slower per year. If you look in the past the earth was spinning faster. You wouldn't have to go that far back and everything on earth would fly off into space because of the speed of the earth's spin thus proving earth can;t be millions and millions of years old.

Oil has been shown to be made from just about anything in the matter of a few moments.

And the half life cannot be accurately determined as we have no knowledge of what decays faster in the past as we aren't sure of the environment or atmosphere which science can tell you would play havoc on the half life.

Jesus christ died for all the world to save them from hell,
he does love you and this is why he did it , you see God has given everyone the free will to choose it is not God who sends people to Hell it is the people themselves you see your sin has been paid for with blood of jesus because he was sinless jesus is in fact God in the flesh read john chapter 1

Just wondering if gay guys wear stuff like this. A button up shirt pulled or folded up to the elbows and a t-shirt over that. A guy at my school dresses like that. I am not trying to offend anyone just wanting to know if you would wear that.

I have had unprotected sex with my new boyfriend several times, and I haven't told him yet that I have genital herpes. I thought that he had figured it out, because I have blisters down there and he likes to stick his face down there. But he told me today that he's glad I'm faithful to him because he's afraid of getting VD. And I'm not exactly faithful to him, either (I've had mostly oral sex with about 30 guys since we've been together). Should I tell him now that I'm not faithful and that I have herpes? We've been together almost a month and I'm afraid of losing him if I tell him the truth.

I'm an agnostic so I can't be too sure - but if I had to put my money on it I'd say that theres probably nothing there (like a dreamless sleep). This comforts me because if there is no consciousness after death then why should I be afraid? The element of fear will be gone.

I'm a student at NYU so I had a chance to talk with leading objective neuroscientists on this subject. They say that with recent technology (brain scans, ect.) they are getting closer to the line of death saying that when the brain is dying it is choked out of oxygen and the brain releases a chemical very similar to the hallucinogenic drug - DMT. People who are in THE PROCESS of dying but come out erronously claim that they had seen the existence of an afterlife - when in reality they had not died at all but were just hallucinating elements of their own past as the brain desperately attempts to capture its sense of 'self' (ex. your entire life 'flashing' before your eyes). So whats your evidence to believe or not?
