Perhaps two biblical judgments to compare,
in John 7:24's "Judge not".......... "but judge":
Law Law: sinners all, thereby all die: extinction.
Grace: sinners none, thereby all live: salvation.

"We all are one". But we all are not "one proselyte".
Rather "we are delivered from the law"(sin & death).
We thus judge if one died for all, then were all dead.

I am of the Lutheran Faith, which for those of you who don't know Is a Christian religion, and somewhat follows Catholosism. I recently read that the Catholic chruch does not recognize certain marriges because one of the parties is not Catholic. Being that Lutherans are also christians, and practicall parallel Catholics, does the Catholic church recognize Lutheran Marriges?

When there are blunder mistakes in Bible.
The Bible says in chapter 1, verses 3-5, of Genesis that the phenomenon of day and night was created on the first day of creation of the Universe by God. The light circulating in the universe is the result of a complex reaction in the stars; these stars were created according to the Bible (Genesis chapter 1 verse 14 to 19) on the fourth day. It is illogical to mention the result that is the light (the phenomenon of day and night) was created on the first day of Creation when the cause or source of the light was created three days later.

According to the Bible, Book of Genesis, chapter 1, verses 11-13, vegetation was created on the third day along with seed-bearing grasses, plants and trees; and further on as per verses 14-19, the sun was created on the fourth day. How is it scientifically possible for the vegetation to have appeared without the presence of the sun, as has been stated in the Bible?

5 “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly
Matthew 6:5-6 (NKJV)

The words of Jesus seem to say don't make a big spectacle out of wanting to pray.

If an atheist child wants to close their eyes and meditate, certainly no one would stop them. If a religious child wants to pray, I hope no one would stop them. I think the first amendment clearly would defend my son from praying to my god the flying spaghetti monster.
But there is a difference between a student who closes their eyes before a test and asks strength from the flying spaghetti monster and a school that says ok every student bow your head,

do you agree

Say you were starting graduate school next summer, leaving your job this month, had no desire to stay where you are now and had enough money to support yourself till about Feb. without working (not rich by any means, though). You are not married and do not have any children. You are in a rut and want to get out of it while enjoying your time off and being semi productive. You see this as a rare chance to take a break before starting an intense graduate program next year. What would you do in the meantime? Would you travel? Where would you go? Volunteer? Doing what? Please be as detailed as possible.
