if your creatine level is too low, the test is dilute. you must of course drink a detox drink for this to work

I've taken creatine before a drug test for an employer, and I was scared at the time. But nothing showed up on the results and it only made sense. Creatine isn't really a drug in the sense that it alters body chemistry. It simply gives your body more receptors to phosphates and what not, as well as making you hold a lot more water.

too much creatine will make you fail also dont over do it if you have time to quit for a couple of days drink cranberry juice and take multivitamins

No. Try avoiding the drugs, if you can. They are hard on your liver, kidneys, intestines and heart, and sometimes the brain.

Steer clear of these supplements........my nephew was a body builder.......after taking these supplements he died suddenly at the age of 31........it's not worth it!
