Of the Science vs Creation feud of the week, the more aggressive opponents of them vs them ("oppose themselves" like Hatfields vs McCoys) seem to be Athiests vs Evangelicals. Athiests are more aggressive about having no God than Evangelicals are about having no Evolution. Time magazine reports a third camp emerging which would bridge the gap, as US would do in a mid-east crisis; spearheadead by a scientist supposedly enlightened to the trinity by discovering 3 converging waterfalls frozen together.

My take is none of such for me thanks:
- any god that can be destroyed ought to be destroyed
(mind not "high" things, of a God on "high")
- creationists should go on to made of created/made
(as it is written "as in Adam[in them created] all die")
- science has it's findings altered, to get gov't grants
- if faith has to be protected from truth, it's already dead
- frozen in time trinity of frozen chosen isn't moving on

Rather let us all move on, go on unto perfection

Why hasent anyone ever asked themself why god says in deuteronomy 22;28 if you rape a woman -and are caught you must pay a fine to the womans father then marry her as punishment.and in 24 and 25 it says you can leave your wife for any reason also if your husband is fighting a man and your wife tries to stop it by grabbing the mans balls you should chop of her hand for punishment. in judges 19;23 the owner of the house says not to rape his friends because there protcted by god .instead rape my virgin daughter and her friend. or in deut 21;10 in a war if one of your captives is beautiful and you are actracted to her you can take her home to be one of your wives...after you all read those

In the 20th century, Social Darwinism (Something Darwin never foresaw) was interpreted in three major schools of thought:

1. Communism - survival of the fittest social class
2. Nazism - Survival of the fittest genetic group
3. Unbridled Capitalism - Survival of the fittest individual

It moved thought to; I can suppress therefore, it is not only my right to suppress, it is my DUTY to suppress. Combined, all three accounted for the deaths / mass murder of over 100 million people.

Evolution may or may not be good science. Social Darwinism unquestionably was the terror of the 20th century.

The bible states that there was no man before God but if that is the case truly and seriuosly how where there dinosaurs and who created them if God didnt? Is the bible full of crap or truly just one mans account of what happened. I am a firm believer of God but Family Fued brought that to my attention yesterday. So I am just kind of curious.

I believe in gravity and it's easy.

I believe in water.

I could choose not to believe in water and stop drinking I, but I wouldn't last long. I could choose not to believe in gravity but I couldn't levitate (well according to some theories.....).

It is almost impossible to not believe in those things.

Why is Christian-God belief so difficult?

When ever I post a question I am attacked and insulted because I have faith. I think all these atheists are closet believers who are afraid to think they could be wrong and maybe there is a god who loves them. They attack because they are afraid to trust. I sense alot of pain in their history. It is scarey to think life might make sense and that there may be order in the universe. Okay bring on your sad insults.

We have a guy at work who is always very quiet and if we offer eachother some chocolates, fruits, ice cream, he always says no. He now also complained about too much talking in the office and that one person is crude (which is not true_.

Atheists does not crime...
Why do you descriminated them without asking the reasons why they are being Atheists?
They are never try to fight the rules & laws.
Do you think you are better than atheist with your religion? Most of criminals are believes to God, they are killing, insulting, descriminating, judging in the name of "God".

spirits are just as they are spoken about in the bible. now, it will really sound stupid to many that human clothes or clothing itself harbour spirits. the type of cloth you wear contain certain spiritual demons that are impeder of good luck and as such ,create bad luck if someone else put on anothers clothes for the very fact that they are carrier of evil spirits. now the woman with the issue of blood so spoken about in the bible did not touch the flesh of Jesus Christ, but his cloth, Peter's shadow and handkieches healed the sick . to this end , it is important to note that, if a girl borrows chlothes from a whore in no time the demon imbibed in her clothes which are in legion is transfared the girl and she will be possessed with the same spirit of prstitution.

being Jewish-i realized our Jewish prophets taught about Jesus-from Moses i learned "The life of the flesh is in the blood and ive given it to make atonement for your soul" Leviticus 17 vs 11, and from Isaiah chapters 52 vs 13-53 vs 12 "He will be made very high, but first he will be marred (hurt) more than any man, and as our anointed one (Messiah) he will lay down his life as a lamb, to make atonement for our souls."
i had to pray to lose my grudges-for "Vengence is mine i will repay saith the Lord" and i prayed-Jesus im sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me. be my friend-amen" Revelation 3 vs 19&20 he says he knocks on each heart to come in deliver from sins and become our friend."
