All days are spiritual. Many people would think Sunday, because they attend church on Sundays most of the time. Even Christmas would be a good choice cause of baby Jesus birth celebration. The Christmas season and New Year season are also very spiritual. People sing joyful carols and are more at peace.
I think everyday is spiritual, because God is always there ready to listen even if we are not. Everyday and every second that we breath should be spiritual for everyone because God (our creator)deserves our devoted attention.

I'd say the first day of a month...cuz then it's as if u've closed 1 chapter in ur life, and it's ready to start another. and nothing beats the feeling of a beginning... otherwise, if u can't wait that long, start on a monday, cuz u r refreshed and ready to go on a new adventure. Of course, the best scenario is a monday being the first day of a month...

As the measurement of time in days, weeks, years etc, is a device of man designed for practical purposes, there can be no spiritually better or worse day. Any day can and will feel better or worse for you personally based on memory.
If the conditions of that day remind you ,sub-consciously, of a day in your past that was good or bad you will feel accordingly.
