We have about there hundred thousand fetuses in test tubes right now; they cannot experiment on them because of laws existing now. These fetuses left alone will not actually grow up to live. Why vote for non use of these already domed fetuses to allow for say the cure to cancer or aids or other things that they are so close to curing but out of fetuses to test with? These fetuses are already doomed why not use them to save thousands of doomed people? Is that too much to ask?

It's a General Fact that MOST(I didnt say all) Atheis have no faith in anything. That some even had rough childhoods and were'nt excepted or were even molested . These people have real issues, DEMONS even. BUt they won't except that cuz even if a miracle smotted them right in their up tight faces, they'd still cross their arms. is it true? are Atheis generally unhappy people? Tell me ur Lies...., oops I mean truth?

Not necessarily in the good and evil sense but giving us the abilty to be a creator. It seemed like the first moment someone or something decided to fully inhabit awareness into this creation. Adam must have been a great friend to god before this happened. Or maybe adam was god and taking the first turn in his new great virtual reality game(symbolic).
If you were a video game programmer, would you let your friends test the game first?
What about a novelist, friends first?
The big question is this, Who created the environment god and adam were in. Seems like a fractal to me. You guys know fractals right? How far does this concept go up? or go down...maybe to you?

Theory: (n) A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.

So if intelligent design were to be a scientific theory, it would have to be able to be tested with a or several controlled experiments. In what ways can scientists test Intelligent Design?

i'm to write a script for kids (girls) ages 6-12 for a Christmas play. can you guys suggest a great Christmas story? not too long please. something that can be done within 30 minutes. kids have short attention span. I was thinking something like "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" and "Little Women" Christmas version. And if possible, can you post a link to the story? or send it to me? thank you so much in advance.

I don't know if this is the right category to ask this question in, but why do people long to be remembered for something? I myself have that desire to make some mark on the world before I go. So, what do you think?

I want to take my Grilfriend on a romantic picnic, but I'm having a hard time deciding what to pack. We are going to hike to a waterfall and picnic there. I want something nice, but i need to keep in mind that it will still be kind of hot (we are in South Carolina and the weather calls for 90 degrees).

Has anyone else noticed how bad things are getting in today's society? Preganancies at age 15, the lack of respect for anyone, increased violence and poverty, where have all the morals gone to?

I mean both were written by people, but only one has stood the test of time, the bible. You can go back a few years and read where scientists said something was bad for you, but now they say that it is healthy. There are so many discrepancies in science, but God has always been the same. All he has ever asked was for us to have faith in him.

Like when we call idiots on here "ignorant" they seem to get really offended. Is there a more compassionate word?

And before I get half of the responses saying "repost this, its not Religion and Spirituality" let me point out that I'm asking because "ignorant" and "uneducated" are the words I usually use in answers to christians dumbas$ questions about evolution and the like. I'm just trying to be more sensitive to their fragile feelings. Aren't I just too nice!

That's it--why are you pro-life when you know that that child is going to suffer in this life and why not end the misery before it begins-You believe your God has a reason for their suffering-You make me sick-and you watch this from your comfortable lil tv and do nothing but pronounce your Christian values as though God speaks thru you-THEY WILL SUFFER and you say PRO-SUFFER-That is a gross misrepresentatiopn of what you are PRO about-what you really mean is BE BORN PRO CHRISTIAN as though all these babies will be converted to your religion-WELL THEY'RE NOT-they are growing up and being armed to kill your sons and daughters who they are fighting-GIVE ME a better arguement for saving them than this GOD thing you use that allows this horrible horrendous suffering-I Can't stand it or your conveluted thinking and I have made two major points that state the church needs to be kept in check with the balance of powers much like our legislative judicial and executive branches are-You R Called!
