There is no unforgivable sin. period.
If you think there is, you simply don't understand it.
Listen to me.
Romans says: ALL...ALL..ALL.. SIN ARE FORGIVEN.
How many? ALL. Not all but one. hello???????
You simply have not been told how and why all sins are forgiven. If your church does not teach this, It is teaching a false doctrine my friend.
Jesus said it was unforgivable. book of Romans says it is not. Thats is contradictory. The Bible does not contradict itself. So, What is the problem here?
It can't be both ways. and it's not both ways.
There is ONE TRUTH, ONE DOCTRINE. not 2.

As a Jew, without a personal believe in Hell. Blasphemy is the defamation of God or Gods by UTTERANCE, ie. taking gods name in vain. Sacrilege on the other hand is a blasphemous ACTION, as in an act which defames "God." Supposedly a sin is defined as choosing to do something even thought you know you should make a better decision.

I don't believe anyone is going to "burn forever".
Having said that...as long as you can worry about the consequences of an action, you have not committed the "unforgivable sin". You'll know when you have...er, or that is, you won't really know, because you won't care anymore. As long as God is still tapping on your heartstrings, He is still willing to forgive and forget.

blasphemy being defined as something spoken
while sacrilege is the act itself.
So buy this reasoning one could say any act against the commandments is a sacrilege.
just as talking about how stupid the commandments are would also count as blasphemy!

Blasphemy is simply refusing to believe or turning your back on God without ever repenting. If you ask for God's forgiveness and sincerly mean it. You will be forgiven.

I do not intend this for a true answer. It is my own opinion, but I think, since actions speak louder than words, as the saying goes, that this is true. You should really ask a clergyman.

Christ taught forgiveness. Just remember the story of the thief on the cross. Jesus saved him. He can save you to, if you truly want to be saved.
