Good examples of this would be the war in Iraq, paying to have peruvian officials assassinatinated to maintain our business interests there, inciting and funding a rebellion in columbia to create the nation of panama so that we could build the panama canal and several other acts of colonialism and neo colonialism.

These acts are exploitive of other peoples all in the name of self interest. When we and our presidents claim to be christian, then are we not insulting christ and the message of christ by claiming to be of his fold?

I always go to Sunday service with my family, and I enjoy the music and the positive messages they give. But recently I decided that I will secretly be a DEIST. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deism

I don't believe in the Christian revelations and prophesy and miracles mentioned in the Bible anymore.

I say scientific progress should not be halted because of what the religious people believe. If I were to choose between the Bible and true scientific facts or the search for real answers, I'd choose science...

...but with morals. You can have morals without reading a Bible. Look at the laws we have today. We can abide by them and we can abide by our own moral compass so long as we do not harm or bring pain to others. What more does one need to be happy and live a positive life? Hope? We don't need a Bible to have hope. You can hope to bring happiness to someone else's life and it will please both of you.You can hope for a better future & be more pro-active to achieve it without a Bible.

do you like naked people more or people with clothes ..isn't it boring when you see naked people all the time .i mean in the media where ever you look you see women in bikini .i know it's sexy .but it's a bit boring .the same thing goes formen why do you need to see shirtless men all the time in the media.i mean if that person was ur partner he or she wouldn't you want him or her to be covered .and you only get to see him in sexy way .and i think women should be covered more than men because (if you have a jewllry will you put it naked in the street or protect it and save it

I don't believe in God any more because of a tragic motor scooter and gun accident that blew off my left foot and three fingers. Have you ever had a problem with neighbors in an apartment complex dealing with noise levels? Well I’m having a problem, my neighbors just moved in above me, I was trying to watch a movie at 10:30pm (I didn’t have it loud, but I didn’t have it quiet either), they began knocking on their floor (my ceiling), they knocked so hard it made my ceiling shake and almost made my ceiling fan fall down! I went upstairs to see what their problem was; they said they could hear my base. I told them I was watching a movie & it wasn’t up that loud & they had a choice to live in a Town House instead of the Apartment model in our complex, if noise was a concern for them.
Are my upstairs neighbors crazy?
The neighbors beside me have NEVER complained so why now the top ones do?!
I think the guy has a temper issue, the lady seems normal. They act like they don’t know how to come & knock on my door like NORMAL people or call the cops or something, NO, they go crazy hitting their floor supper hard! ARE they Crazy?
