Please comment honestly. It is plain for all to see that Paul often contradicts Jesus. For example, Jesus said"Obey no man". Paul tells people to "obey the laws of the land."

And in many other places Paul is setting up doctrine that jesus never spoke.

I like science very much... I've been reading Darwin's orgin of species and a book by a man named Gould called "Ever since Darwin" that expounds on the theories and findings on natural selection....

a quote caught my eye in the latter which I dug into the former and found, written by Darwin himself:

"To suppose that the eye [...] could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest degree."

There are acceptable and logical theories nowadays dealing with this very same eye issue that creationists have been quoting for a hundred years but I still just find it impossible to beleive that a one celled organism, regardless of how many billions of years it took, turned into a man who had a beating heart and a penis (to fit in a vagina) and an endocrine system and emotions and feelings and morals, etc...

In the bible it says that anyone who blaphemes against God will be forgiven, but if anyone blasphames against the Holy spirit you will NEVER be forgiven. (I think this scripture is in John) But also in the bible it says that when you are saved all sin is forgiven past, present and future. So what if you blaspheme against the holy spirit after you are saved, will you still go to hell?

It is said that the Kaaba was lilly white from origin, but became black because of all the sins it absorbed over the years since its existance.

I hate it when they answer a question with "i dont know" or better yet, tell you to forward them the answer when you get it. Or when someone doesnt ask a question in english? Theres no need to get nasty on here, unless you have an idiot question. Then you shouldnt be allowed out of your house. bah, these people need to get a life, and open a book instead of being their ignorant selves. I never realized how many people lack an education until i came on yahoo answers.

PS The people who use this as a dating site need to get out of their parent's basement...

Why should I have to restrain myself for a "god". He/she/it gave me life knowing what would happen. I restrain myself because I love my fellow man and myself, not because "god" deems it so. Also, why would "god" tell a man to announce the commendments, for all you know the guy could've been tripping on opium (or whatever was good back then). I don't want to hear how I don't except "god", give me some real reasons with real facts.

I was dismissed from a job interview because I refused to sign a contract to pay for my own urine test? The Texas Workforce Commission says I was free to work for that company or quit whichever was my preference.

Someone always answers questions and tells people to watch it that they may get reported even when the question is not offensive. Would telling someone that not be an answer and subject the person who told that be terms to report someone? Just wondering what everyone else's opinion on that would be.

If He knew certain people would never believe then why create them in the first place? It seems that He is just creating people to populate hell. Also, He created the angels and yet he knew that one of his angels would fall and become Satan, why then did He bother creating Lucifer? I guess the question boils down to is how do we have free will if God already knows what we will choose?
