If He knew certain people would never believe then why create them in the first place? It seems that He is just creating people to populate hell. Also, He created the angels and yet he knew that one of his angels would fall and become Satan, why then did He bother creating Lucifer? I guess the question boils down to is how do we have free will if God already knows what we will choose?

Romans 9:14-24
What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly Not! For He says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion. So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. For the Scripture says to the Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show my power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth." Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens.
You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?" But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to Him who formed it, "Why did you make me like this?" Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Just because God knows what you are going to do doesn't mean that you don't have free will. It was planned from the beginning, God wanted people to have the choice of believing him or not. Lucifer was all part of the plan for those that choose not to believe him.

Imagine standing on the roof a ten-story building. A parade is going to start in the street below. It forms, it begins, and it travels the parade rout length and then disperses. All this happened in your view.
This is the way OUR GOD sees us! Before our birth HE knows the complete and whole story! But HE also orchestrated our "parade rout" before we were even born. Before we were even born HE knew everything. That only means HE sees the future too.

Funny question. I know a Christian guy who lives a floor below me, and I once tried at him, just for fun. He got really angry, so I tried to calm him with some nice logic.

See, I told him, I didn't hit you with the egg. I just created the start of its trajectory. Sure, with just a little classical kinematics I could plot out the entire path travelled by the egg before it hit you, and I knew that bath before I created the start of its trajectory, and I knew full well that my throwing the egg would cause you to get wet, but it's still the egg's fault, not mine.

Even as a Christian, he didn't buy that logic when it mean he was the one to end up with egg on his face.

he knows evertything, it is just our choice of what we do... every decision we make He knows it's gonna change His plans, but He can't stop us. He doesn't want people to go to hell, that's their choice... they made the decision. angels were meant for a good thing and one just went bad... God knows in the end (everything in Revalations) will happen and all the sins will evfen out or get what they brought upon themselves by not believing.

God knows, but thats not the point. Imagine that he didn't create people who wouldn't worship him. Where would free will be? Just because God allows something to happen doesn't mean that he caused it to happen. People make their own choices.

Unbelievers created themselves. God gave everyone a choice to accept him or reject him.

Remember that God is not a dictator.
He gave us free will.
