It's who you are. It's your feelings and emotions. We are made up of three, soul, spirit, flesh. Souls are what gets saved or not and goes to heaven or hell. Each soul has a spirit, either good or bad, and your flesh is the natural part of you, and if you are saved sins are condemed to the flesh and when you die, only your flesh dies.

The soul is the immortal, eternal essence of our being. All humans have a soul which possesses our bodies during our living time and leaves the body after physical death. The soul is pure spirit and is timeless. The real you is not your physical body, which is subjected to time and change, but your immortal soul which is not affected by either. When you die, your soul carries with it the totality of your human experience and moves on.

It is in his spirit, his essence...it is God within...it is in your heart, mind, and dreams...as well as your soul. It is the purest part of you. The part that has never been hurt, the part that knows all things, the part that loves. You can learn to tap into it. Read books on spirituality for further information and enlightenment.

The soul of a man is his spirit. It is what makes you who you are. Your physical body just enables you to exist in this life. It is your spirit that will be judged in hell not your actual body. God created your body dust, he put the spirit of life in you. The spirit will never die or destroy.
