the only way for peace to exist in the middle east is when the day comes that all muslim mothers love their child more than they hate a jew.

And why if this is a commandment from God, have there been more wars and death in the name of religion than any other reason??

Several years ago I began to think of the things that I thought I'd like to do/ experience/achieve, etc. ,in my short trip here on earth. I wonder who else has done this. I've been lucky enough to have the financial wherewhithall to do the exotic things. But, of the less exotic, I don't know. So, here is the question...has anyone other than me actually written a list of things you want to experience/achieve, etc in your life time. And, from my point of view, what were/are they?

I must tell you that I've been lucky enough to have done many of mine. (Achieve $$$$, visit 48 states, hike the Grand Canyon, see a world series game, drive a car at 150 mph,WALK THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA, HIKE INTO THE GRAND CANYON, etc, etc, . (Please no family answers, my family is fantastically wonderful.) I think the anticipation of events to come gives our juices a bit more moisture.W hat do you want to do/see/experience/achieve??????

the sexaul desire of women and men was reversed. Meaning that women wanted sex badly and most guys didn't want it.

Trust me, I am just a normal female who takes just as much interest in guys as any other female my age. And I am 100% confident in how I look. I even put up an actual picture of myself. I just don't like to talk about sex. That is all. And I see nothing wrong with that. In fact, to be honest I think people who think there is something wrong with me are nasty, too. I just think it is disgusting to talk about sex, period. In fact, I have never even been with a guy because they were all just about sex. And when guys talked to me I knew that they were about sex because they always ended up mentioning something sex related. So I did not even talk to them. I really do just want to find a guy who is like me, like someone who is not worried about talking about sex....if that is even possible. And if you think there is something wrong with me, fine. I am just a normal female who is like any other female my age. I just really think sex is nasty. And I see nothing wrong with that.

I know that religion is a very touchy topic, but after taking World Religions in college and with all the tragity happening and hatred, it just makes me wonder....I mean everyone believes that their religion is the one true faith and that God will save them because they believe this one true faith, but aren't we all fooling ourselves because we know that we are all believing different things??? It's just confusing to me because we've even killed if not now but in history for our beliefs even knowing that it's wrong....whose to say that any one individual belief is right, we will all die in our own time and we are all suppost to go to the same place, God is suppost to love each person the same no matter what they believe so why is there so much controversies....I guess I just want to hear others opinions about religion and why it is a big deal which one you believe in.....

Anyone wish to share their personal testimony of how they came to know Christ, or if raised in a Christian home, how you developed your own personal and vibrant love for Christ. Did you have to go through some sort of "trial or tribulation" like many of us have or what?

He could have created us as humans from the beginning. And if we have evolved, our character is still not much different from animals.

I'm 21 and one of my girlfriends is 30. She likes my male friend who is also 21 and whenever we all hang out, I always have the feeling she has to upstage me in some way even though I don't even like the guy. She always tells me how old she feels. Is she threatened by me because I am closer to the man's age?

I'm 30 and recently managed a 6-month project. My boss was a woman who was a couple of years younger than me. She often came across as if she was talking down to me like I was a child. Is this is control technique with some women?

This is a sincere question and is not being asked to offend people.
That being said, I read the new testament awhile ago and stumbled upon a verse I had heard rumors about, namely Luke 6:30.
This verse seems to say that if someone asks a person who believes in the NT for something that the believer should give it to the asker.
However, in discussions with christians, some have told me that I'm misunderstanding the verse.
So, I was looking for comments and clarification.
Thank you for your help.

Also, please try to keep answers SHORT (no more than 40 lines).

Here's a link I found online: http://bibleresources.bible.com/passagesearchresults.php?passage1=luke+6&version1=31

......., and its wide occurrence today in some cultures in which such activity is not taboo suggests that the capacity of an individual to respond erotically to any sort of stimulus, whether it is provided by another person of the same or opposite sex, is basic in the species.
Alfred Kinsey, Sexual Behaviour in the Human Male (1948)
If this is true then does this negate the need for religions and cultures to say 'it says here' or 'it says there' that homosexuality is wrong. Surely homosexulity is a base need in people and not controlable nor should it have to be??????
