If this is true then does this negate the need for religions and cultures to say 'it says here' or 'it says there' that homosexuality is wrong. Surely homosexulity is a base need in people and not controlable nor should it have to be??????

It was only lately that homosexuality had a term even. I believe with in the last 100 years. It just was. It was in Native American cultures (and honored) as does/did many other native tribes. Many religions have problems with sex for fun and since gay sex can't produce children, it is solely for fun. We have to remember though, being gay or straight isn't just about sex, there are emotions and mental attractions also. Also, I always use the information that if animals can be gay (and its been proven) why can't humans?
