Do muslems believe that spirits can have physical sex? How about the promise of "rivers of wine and honey"? Will spirits need and/or be able to eat and drink? Wasn't all that a scam by the prophet Mohamed to recruit all those poor ignorant people during his time? What's in it for the women?

According to the Bible, Original Sin is the scourge of humanity, by which it was necessary for Jesus to be crucified in order to save us from eternal damnation. What is this terrible Sin we supposedly inherited from remote ancestors named Adam and Eve? They ate an apple. It was an apple God told them not to eat. Why were they forbidden to eat an apple from that particular tree? Because God said so, that's why. Doesnt' that mean that God is on a power trip, such that He makes an arbitrary rule and punishes an entire race of people after only two people violate the rule? Is that not the behavior of a tyrant? It was a completely arbitrary rule because eating an apple is not violent or harmful to anyone. The tyranny is reinforced by the threat that anyone who does not believe the story is damned to hell.

I bought these two bags of Okinawa pancake/bread mix. On the back, there's the recipe. I could guess most of the ingredients, but I couldn't guess this ingredient on both of the bags. They must be the same thing because the words are just in different order. The online translator couldn't translated it. I interpreted that it means something like salad, oil, and melted butter, but isn't 2 cups or 60-80g (amount said on the recipe) of salad oil/melted butter too much?

Why is it suddenly all right to use words like "r" in place of "are", "u" in place of "you" and "becoz" in e-mails to your professors and bosses? Is it really that hard to type and extra two or three characters? Are you people really getting jobs and graduating from high school?
I think it might be a text-message habit spilled over into an inappropriate environment.
How should I tell people that it makes them look stupid and uneducated without coming off as a hyper-critical, grammar psycho?

If I told my doctor I saw visions of the Virgin Mary, spoke with God and could 'heal' people with the power of my mind, I'd be commited to a psychiatric clinic and be given anti-depressant and psycho-tropic drugs , shock treatment, hypnosis, aversion therapy and be shunned by society.
