has anyone ever met someone that seemed to have a presence around them that makes people very uncomfortable? if so, do you think these people lack a soul or that they have a demon or are just unbalanced?maybe a mental problem?

I don't know about not having a soul or anything. But I've definitely met a couple of people I gotten very bad "vibes" from for no explainable reason, both were men, and I found out that several of my female friends got the same bad feeling near them. The guys didn't do or say a single thing to put us off either. It was strange.
I honestly can't say what the reason would be, I imagine it's a different reason for each of those we get bad vibes from.

This is common. They have (or don't have) a soul same as everyone else. They are not and are not posessed by any demons. They just grew up under different circumstances or in a place with different customs. Because their manerisms and speach are a little different, some people are unable to cope and transfer their own shortcomings to the person and imagine things like they are a servant of the devil or such nonsence.

Maybe they just need to use deodorant.
