The word ANGEL litterally means Messenger. God can send angels in the form of friends, pastors, priests, or the spiritual kind. Speaking to the spiritual kid? Yes, but don't expect a verbal answer. There are 2 GREAT books written by Frank Peretti called INTO THE DARKNESS and PEIRCING THE DARKNESS that gives a very good idea how spiritual angels (Cherabim and Seraphim) interact with humans.

The only way you would be able to truly communicate with an angel is if the Holy Spirit instructed that creature to contact you. They are different beings and only God alone can assist with the translating. They were created as a less intelligent being, specifically made to praise God and do his bidding. They are incapable of individual thought outside of Praising God.

I hope all of those that have answered this question really sought God about this and not just their own personal opinion.

All of what I have told you is throughout the Bible.

Well, in Hebrews the Bible says, "Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby have some entertained angels unawares"

so, unless I'm mistaken, that means it is possible to speak with them. Also, in Genesis, Lot's family was rescued by angels.

When Mary went to the tomb where Christ had been buried, there were two angels and they spoke to her concerning Christ.

I don't think this necessarily means that you can call down angels just to talk, but I do think that it is possible to talk to angels, you will just never know it's an angel. And you must remember, angels do not understand us as creatures, they do not understand why Christ would do all he has for us. They simply interact withing our world because it is the bidding of Christ that they do so.

the two most popular forms they have in the bible, the ones we see at least, are as messangers and protectors; messangers being the one most common.

but as for your question, i don't think you can just desire to talk to them and then that's it, they have jobs to do when they interact with humans, it is not for pleasure visits that they come.

Yes. Demons and Fallen Angels like to hang out in Desolate areas and in buildings that have been abandoned. If you walk thru a cold spot, start talking, invite it into yourself, tell it how welcome it is to come home with you and stay. That you would like it to feel comfortable with you and help you. Good luck.

I kind of think we are all talked to by them. I think our subconciense is an angel and a spirit of bad nature trying to pursuade us. Just my opinion though.

there are no angels and devils and if any body says that he spoke to angels we can say he is suffering from schizophrenia. if we do good we may be called angels and do bad to others , devils
