Are people from Santa Barbara called Santa Barbarians?

No. They are called Santa Barbarites. However, the head of the book depository in town is named Conan. That's right, he's Conan the Librarian. He has a farmer cousin. Conan the Agrarian. Of course, I haven't seen them in forty or so years. So they are probably now both called Conan the Septegenarian.
