my parents are christian, and I don't believe in my religion, i can't see how god created adam and eve, when we evolved from monkeys. My parents, people at church, and peers are all telling me what I should do. For now, i'm agnostic. (i think thats how you spell it. It means that I dont know what religion i believe in, i think...)

i dont understand why more isn't being done to conserve this world, we have the intelligence to do so, but it doesnt seem to matter to those who are capable of initiating the solutions.

Atheists will read a bible with no problem but you coudn't even pay lots of Christians to even go to an atheist website. Debates can lead to who's right and who's wrong. Atheists are willing to debate but I've wittnessed lots of Christians back down from a debate with atheists.

It occured to me that alot of people thnk Wicca is a teenage thing. In all my experience with Wiccans, I have met very few teenage Wiccans. Most are in their 30's, 40's.

Also, many people are under the assumption that Wiccans are either all Goth kids or severly overweight and unattractive.

I am 30, higher educated, professionally occupied, and (If I do say so myself) quite attractive. so what's the deal?

George says God told him to attack Afghanistan and Iraq, he also claims to be Christian and he is the Ceaser of the day.
Jesus said to obey those in power and to render to them...etc.
Would you ship out in the name of God?

I mean in the 60s, when conformity was considered best and females, minorities and 'different' people were mocked, maligned and ignored. I have my own theories, but how could anybody think that a hippie was a begining of the end of society?

What do you have to lose if god doesn't exist? Your life. Living a lie means your whole life was nothing but a big lie. I dont know about you, but I dont want to live a lie. If god doesn't exist, your whole life is a big trick. That's like being married for 60 years before finding out your husband never loved you and did nothing but use you and cheat on you. Putting 5 dollars in the offering plate every Sunday all your life comes out to LOTS of money. What do you have to lose if god doesn't exist? Your life.

Light one night,
While it was very dark.
I was walking in the park,
And I heard sound.

I rushed to see the source,
It was a girl.
She was as beautiful as a pearl,
And she was crying.

I asked her the problem,
She said it was love.
She was left for another dove,
I sat down and comforted her.

I asked her name,
She said it was Jen.
I asked her when,
She was left for another.

She replied,
And she misses him so,
And she started to cry again.

I left,
And I came back.
With me was a pack,
A pack full of roses.

I gave her the roses,
And asked her not to cry.
She looked at my roses, then in my eye,
And she stopped her weeping.

She stood up,
And hugged me.
She smiled and filled with glee.
She had found a new love.

A kind gesture,
Gone a different way.
She is with me to this day.
I am hers and she is mine.

I will never leave her,
For she is my love.
She is my dove,
And it is her I love.
