if you are a girl, try going out dancing one time in a dress with nothing under it. Similar feeling to going naked but without getting arrested. Just be careful the dress doesn't blow up in the wind

go outside, in the middle of the night when no one is outside and dance. If the police see you dancing naked, just run like hell. I mean run like you stole something. You will probably get a citation for indescent exposure.
