i am but a poor homemaker of little education . i would want nothing more than change my childrens future , i taught myself the small amounts of life skills i have , i think i was already predetermined by my parents on what my life would be like , my personality was born due to situations i delt with from the first day of life , granted my choices have been less than productive, how can i totally change my personality , my life choices that will drive my children through this world. change my life to be suscessful . i will have the same data in my brain to learn by that i got from my 41 year old journey, how can i start again?

now- a- days, there is a trend that both the parties desiring to marry each other, should undergo test for finding out , that they are not hiv positive, and if they are, the other party has the right to cancel the marriage. will it be better than getting infected for hiv innocently, and ruining your entire life afterwards?

I have always felt left out of things. I am a Native man and I married a white woman. I have always felt that people do not become friends with my wife because of me. I always have my heart ripped out when this happens because I feel that I drag her down. I feel that hope is going and that she'll be lonely all because of me!!! Help me, my heart is so tender. Do you see Columbus as your big hero who led to the creation of your country or the big villain who slaughtered millions and stole their land?

I especially want to know what Latinos or Native Americans think because this affect you most.

PS: If you have only read "sanitized" history in high school text books you have missed out a lot of horrifying details that our educators don't want you to learn about. Please read more objective materials before you comment:

Whether he was good or bad, he was certainly very influential in history nevertheless. What really bothers me is not whether he was good or evil, but the fact that our education system selectively screens out information that they don't want us to know and create a version of events to suit their political agenda. Reading the Wiki article should be a wake up call for those who think that text books are trustworthy and neutral.

I just can't see why, if you are really atheists what you are even doing here .Why ask or answer questions about something you don't believe in ? I'm refering to the ones who always says they don't believe.

Before anyone gets their panties in a bunch, I am looking for a serious answer to this. I am not asking this to piss people off. How could a God, being infallible, create a beautiful angel, that becomes the ultimate evil? Being infallible and knowing all, he would have had to know that the devil would rebell. To know this and create him purpously would be purpously creating evil. To purpously create evil, would make you evil yourself. Doing all this, yet telling all that you are all loving and peaceful, is Hypocritical. And being hypocritical, makes you fallible. Can anyone give a viable explanation for this?

Christians openly condemn witches yet instances in the bible show that magic was performed i.e water into wine, raising the dead, making the blind see, etc they have even used the pentacle and changed the meaning of it. yet they still believe that witches are evil (never met a bad one yet)

Just curious because every missionary I met has mentioned to me that either there parents are divorced or seperated. And the elders say they were wild before going on there mission. The bible is what put them in line. It's this true?
