Basing their love upon control and manipulation; Obstinate Inlaws do not care about the emotional impact upon all those involved. Constantly forcing their views upon others (through denial and self-centeredness). Consistantly, they have remained one-sided through all efforts(including threats to exclude another from life changing events). Successfully, plotting individuals against eachother (through enabling their control via a sibling rivalry, including finger-pointing towards a spouse). Hiding behind religion, while utilizing manipulation as their basic understanding for "why things are the way they are"; Why do people act in such a way? Why do they choose to hurt their relatives in this manner(including their grandchildren)?

Does your weight go up & down with your emotions?
When you're unhappy do you put weight on, or does it drop off whilst you weren't looking?

Oh my god, I've been freaking out today. It was 10am and I was having my morning coffee. All of a sudden I hear this ear piercing shriek, and my female boss Angela came flying past my desk, completely butt naked. She was jumping up and down and screaming "I want to get lucky!!". I just sat there unable to say anything. There were two other people in the room.
I know it sounds far fetched, but this really happened. This is really out of character for her, and I think she might have just snapped. How do I face her and what do I say to he?

Change is inevitable, isn't it? So why do people despise change, even sometimes when such changes don't negatively affect their own lives?

I know it is normal to have that 'panic' feelings once you are there. I need personal advice. What do you do? What do you think at that point of time? The struggling, the shivering, what you do to at least cover it from the audience.

i was just wondering if there's a councilor or a psychologist on here that could talk to me. i dont want to talk to the one at school coz im not comfortable telling anyone this in person. im worried ppl might find out. this is a serious question so plz dont say something like "your family should go on jerry springer". sometimes im attracted to my dad and i want him to be with me. i feel guilty and i hate myself for having all these sick thoughts in my head. i cant remember how it started but its not a crush. its like love and lust. he's not my biological father but he's still my dad from when i was 2 years old. its ruining our relationship i hardly ever talk to my parents anymore coz of this.

I know everyone has dreams everynight, but sometimes they just don't remember them. Well, I can't remember any of the dreams I have had, like the last time I "had" a dream was years and years ago. Some people have very vivid dreams, but I don't seem to remember them. Why is that?

In movies the best parts are ussually the killing part. But why do people enjoy seeing these scenes. This goes for all the horror films also. Why do people enjoy seeing death in the worst way possible, but in real life situations they are almost in shock about what they saw or heard.

how would psycologists call people who act the following way?

1. Inability to admit fault? Like to say "I am wrong" this person is actually incapable of admiting wring doing even when it is in front of her and is being pointed out to her. She knows it, because she'll smile like "oops I'm caught" but won't admit it.

2. Someone who likes to be mean. Has a horrible temper, and is easily offended when it is pointed out to him. Likes to say, nobody likes me, I have no friends. (Probably cause he has such a bad temper) but you can tell he likes to be mean, maybe cause it gives him a power trip.

Anyway to say all of this in formal psycological terms?
