only 22, studying justice, good life, i got things that I want car, pc, nice life in Australia what else do i need? I been going this problem sometimes about few years but its not big problem just I feel so stress sometimes there is something in my head which make me really tired looking person, easy loose focus on studies, other stuff..etc. And also sometimes what I want to do in life, in terms of career just I think stuff going through my mind make me not to focus on one thing( happens like 70% of time). Sometimes I feel like suiciding. what you suggestion me to do?

You might check with a licensed professional for Bi-Polar disorder. It usually arises during a significant change in your life, it makes you scatter-brained (to say the least) and the depression is literally killer.

You've already got some good suggestions here. Do you have a significant other to share time and feelings with? Everyone needs a soft place to fall at times. Maybe you need to balance things out more. You have a heavy load on you for any age. All work and stress isn't good. You need some down time in your schedule. Get rid of some of the stress. Life is too short to load yourself down all of the time. Find something completely opposite to distract you from so much tension and stress. Relax. Give your body and mind a break. It's okay to enjoy life.

at 22, you're too young to be burnt out. why not take stock of your life. do not stress on the non essentials. do what is important to you. also try not to do so much. you're still young, you have all the time in the world. if you have feelings of being suicidal, talk to a professional. get counseling.

Just appreciate the things that you have, use it to the best of your ability, and enjoy life to your full potential...jus look and think about those people that do not have what you do and long to have it, think about those that cannot even afford to buy food for themselves, the tears that they have to go through in life. Be content and happy, and live on, get married, have children, and make the best of your life!!! ENJOY!!! d:)

You need someone to care about. Take up volunteering at a senior citizens' home, or adopt a puppy.

Humans are not self-sufficient. Building a 'nice life' that doesn't involve reaching out to help others only creates anomie.

i think you should see a psychologist or psychiatrist, to help you figure out if the problem is depression, bi-polar, or 21st century angst.

you might also find taking a VALUES test, to help you figure out what you think is important. It makes you life better when you know you are working for something you care about.

oh my your just too young to think of everything .but you know we have same similar but we cant do nothing about this cause its our desire so i think better to get busy then and try not to think just let it happen then cause it will come
