I'm 25 I drink, I smoke, my diets not always fantastic, I date all the wrong types of men but honestly I couldnt be happier and I have great fun doing them.Yes I do make mistakes but then I do actually learn by them. I'm sick of constantly being lectured to change my lifestyle, everytime I open magazines we're always being encouraged to give up smoking, diet, exercise, drink less etc etc. Aren't the majority of us old enough and intelligent enough to make our own choices and be left in peace to enjoy them?

Seems like my mind is always thinking about ..... finances .... relationships .... current events .... religion ...... what I've said and done ... what I'd like to say and do .... work issues etc.

Is this normal ? Is there anything that puts a mind at ease ???

I was moaning about needing a face lift etc, to hubby. He said," I don't understand you there's nothing wrong with you, there's a woman at work who's horrible but really loves herself, and if you stood next to her, you would look absolutely gorgeous. Well, he couldn't see that he hadn't actually complimented me at all. In fact I even found it funny in the end. I'm not being oversensitive am I? How would you have perceived this 'compliment'?

I use to be depressed about a year ago and sometimes I get "depressed", how do I get rid of this completely?

Because I plan on joining the Military in 6 years and I don't want get "depressed" while at bootcamp or when and if I get deployed (if I get through bootcamp).

If I take antidepressants for a year or so, will it go away completely? or what must I do? thank you.

Over the last 3 years, my dad and both of my nans died, one each year.

My sister & i visited my nan in hospital. When walking back to the car my sister felt someone touch her shoulder. She was so shocked that she threw her handbag onto the floor and jumped back in fright. We believe this could have been dad.

A short while after my nan died (in the 2nd yr) i was lying in bed one night & heard loud footsteps IN my room. There was no one there. It freaked me out. I ran to my mums room where she was in bed & the dog was fast asleep on the bottom. They hadnt moved & there was no one else in the house. I was later told that my nan had flat feet (no arch in her feet) so her footsteps were unusually loud.

My friend thought he saw a figure in the mirror on day. He described it to me and what he described was my 2nd nan. He said she had something down 1 side of her face. She had a brain tumour and when she died, you could see it in her face. My friend had never met or seen my nan.

We moved into our 1st home October last year, we bought it as much for the feel of the place as the quality of the house. Recently my boyfriend has seen what he described as an orb (Derek Acora fan) move along the wall in the bedroom in the dark. A couple of weeks ago i used the DVD player upstairs in the evening and when i went to use it again the next morning my BF change the fuse and it worked. Then sunday my BF went to turn the PC on in the spare room again that wouldnt come on he then change the fuse and it worked although the fuse which was taken out worked in other things. Any ideas I know it could be just one of those things i'm a complete sceptic.

If someone is only interested in people when they are ill or looking after someone who is ill and looses all interest when things get better, what would be the reason? This lady is also very dramatic and gossipy- quite two faced really. In short she revels in people's problems

I'm just wondering what smells help to relax and put people to sleep. I'm wanting to buy smelly candles.

(And don't worry I'll blow them out before I go to sleep I don't want to burn my house down!)

My story is set in the early Edwardian period. The question I wish to ask is, let's say the daughter of a clergyman becomes pregnant by some rake, she goes to her friend's house, which is located is a place far from societ, to give birth, and send the child away to another family, or something, in fear of being rebuked by society for her scandal. She wants to keep things secret. But then, the heroine's uncle finds out. What would he do? Would he, a religious man, allow the heroine to send the child away as a bastard. Or, would he tell her to take responsibility, marry the father, and give the child a name?

This leads to my second question. There are two men in the story: the rake, and the guy who really loves the heroine. If the good guy knew that the heroine had gotten pregnant by another man, do you think he would hate her-be disgusted of her and abandon her? Or if he continues to love her...would it be unrealistic? I want to be realistic, but I'm afraid that having the man
