it's all about how you feel about yourself. if you are ok with yourself the rest will fall into place. no one or no thing can make you happy, it comes from within.

Apart from what you have listed, there are hundreds of others come every day, if you start thinking about those things, you feel sad, which results in being unhappy. Live as you feel, live as it comes, be optimistic. In this materialistic world, it is very difficult to leave happily. It is very difficult to achieve, but not an impossible one. Be active always, help others, mingle with good friends & Family member, read comics, watch humorous soaps. Be yourself what you are. Good luck, be happy.

Gratitude. Instead of dwelling on the stuff that you feel bad about, dwell on the beauty in life and keep focusing on what feels good. Gratitude, daily, regularly is the key. Be grateful for what you have, who you are, how you feel, the blessings in your life, this amazing opportunity of life you are living, the many, many lives you will touch and who will touch yours. Being alive is truly a miracle. Focus on what feels good and you will soon find you no longer are attracted to disaster, disease and disfunction. Your heart will soar! You will cry tears of gratitude at the most simple, beautiful things that touch your heart and soul. Make gratitude your new habit. It works.

I think the key is to find happiness within. True inner peace and contentment with yourself and your life. The world is a tough place with all of the ugly things you mentioned all around us, I think we have to work on finding our own sense of happiness within our own lives. Being thankful for the things we do have and finding that we don;t have to play into all of those other things. Stay close to family, a few good friends you trust and make your own little peace of the world a happy, peaceful place.

You must find a way of life that makes you happy ! You need to have friends, you have to be sincere and honest towards
other human beings...Do not hate, do not blame other people
for your misfortune...You can not establish universal happiness, but you can try to act the way you feel...You shouldn't harm fellow man...

Just smile and enjoy every moment. Live each and every day to the full. Try to focus on the good things in life and not the negatives.

Knowing that you have the ability to do something about it. I have raised 3 children of my own into adulthood and fostered others, teaching them all to treat everyone with equality. Now, I get to do so with my granddaughters as well. Make a difference.

It's not a secret. It is in the Bible. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and following Him is the answer. Not only has he promised those who follow Him eternal life but, He came here to give us life on the earth, more abundant.

How many roads must a man walk down
Before you call him a man?
Yes, 'n' how many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, 'n' how many times must the cannon balls fly
Before they're forever banned?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?
Yes, 'n' how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, 'n' how many deaths will it take till he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
How many years can a mountain exist
Before it's washed to the sea?
Yes, 'n' how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free?
Yes, 'n' how many times can a man turn his head,
Pretending he just doesn't see?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind,
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
Thank you Bob Dylan, and a bit of pot!
