Why Oh Why do people all gather to have a chat with each other in Supermarket doorways. They are in a store the size of three football pitches or stadiums and its not as if they have just met on entering or leaving the store , its mostly people who have shopped together and where do they stand to have a chat in the shop, in doorways, Why?

Is it some long lost basic need to be seen in the hearded state and to simulate the waters edge I just dont get it.

If you do this please move on there is nothing more annoying than blocking the doorway.

Oh sorry ! there is something more annoying and thats having to listen to every other persons sodding Mobile phone conversations.
Get a life a wait until you get to where you are going and have a private conversation just like we used to do when life was more civilised.

...since they are 'selling' their time, by the hour, and probably wouldn't give you a second glance if you weren't paying for the session.

Can you really trust a psychologist? Do you think that they sit there occassionally glancing at their watches and thinking "when will this idiot get out of my office, so that I can go to lunch?!"

as well as racing thoughts which race through my brain constantly that cause me to forget what i was thinking about and make me feel jumbled up& disorganised. i have real scary morbid thoughts all the time, about horrific scenarios that could happen to me..or just the feeling im trapped in my situation & ill never be able to get myself out of it..im scared to go to bed sometimes and sleep because i have horrible nightmares.& i end up waking up in the dark of my room, scared & terrified to go back to sleep. i hve flashbacks to traumatic times in my life that are very painfull. the walls of my flat feel like their closing in on me sometimes, i live in a small flat on my own & the majority of the time i feel ' acutley 'alone & isolated. i have incredable anxiety constantly & have socially isolated myself. ive not been out for 3 weeks. i also used 2 have a poblem with losing my rage in public & just before an attack i would feel like im going into a trans & would strare at people & wouldnt

I witnessed myself walking down stairs and clenching my fist onto my chest, as i walked I slumped to the floor, I had DIED.........

then I saw a Bright White light and I heard a voice talking to me, It said to me "you are the one"...Then I woke up (as in waking up from my dream) and I was ok

When life seems totally hopeless and my mind is full of chaos I look at my two girls, I sneak into their room while they are asleep and I see them for the innocent precious little things they are. Love for them, and wonder at how blessed I am always brings me back to the reality and wonder of life. What helps you?

I am in "temporary sheltered accomodation" awaiting council housing which is slow as I am not with children.

I am being bullied by another tenant in the same house and am at my wits' end. I am in fear of my life - suppt workers no help.

What can I do to make him back off? I have been here longest. He has been thrown out of one house because of violence towards another female tenant, and placed in with me. I am scared of him, and he knows it! He drinks and is worse then. He seems to be able to pick a fight out of thin air!

When you are faced with a truly physically threatening situation, is your natural inclindation of fight or flight? Many people tend to be one or the other when faced with danger. My mother is definitely flight and laughs about it all the time. Where I take after my father and am definitely a fighting person. My husband I"m not too sure about, one child is flight, and the other child is definitely fight. So what are you?

hi, im sure everyone read the article about the growing rate of autism. i was wondering if maybe it isnt growing and it has always been that way. they were just diagnosed with something else? or do you think it is a contagion or preservative? btw, i am sincere. i have had personal experience with autism.

these are strong words, but do they find an abusive relationship sexually gratifying and pleasurable? are they too lazy to move out and do things on their own? isnt it selfish to think about bills, assets, and this hopeless concept of a perfect family of a mother and father if it just isnt in the cards? also, dont they realize they are damaging their children. just curious. thanks.

they chew with their mouth open and sip on hot drinks with noise and it just makes me angry because they don't accept that it's not normal to eat like that... so my question is: is it normal to eat like that? if it is how do i get over the whole thing? and if it isn't what do i do about it? because it's really wasting a lot of my time, energy and concentration...
