When life seems totally hopeless and my mind is full of chaos I look at my two girls, I sneak into their room while they are asleep and I see them for the innocent precious little things they are. Love for them, and wonder at how blessed I am always brings me back to the reality and wonder of life. What helps you?

my little sister, she makes me laugh and cry (happy tears) and laugh even more. and one of my friends. they make me laugh no matter how sad i am its amazing, i got 2 lil angels...

I am also a mother of two, boy and girl. I also like to write my feelings in a diary or journal, reading an inspirational book, taking a nice relaxing hot bath, or chatting with a good friend, although they are very hard to find and confide in! I also love to look at pictures and talk and praise the wonderful God that we are blessed enough to have who has blessed me with my two little loves of my life! I hope I was helpful to you! When I'm down my bf can always say exactly the right thing and put everything in perspective for me. He makes me see the problem from a totally different point of view and sometimes after that there doesn't seem to be so much of a problem at all! =)

You have pretty much stated what everybody does.
When you are looking for nothing but chaos, you are bound to find something that makes sense. Everybody seems to find it.
You have found it in your kids, at least for the time being.
Just wait until they get older.
Something just happens somehow someway to make me think differently.
Something on TV, something on the radio, Something I read, something I hear, Something I see. Somebody I meet, etc.
Sometimes it takes a really long time.

My girlfriend always brings me comfort. She can always put things into perspective whether they're upsetting me or annoying me. I love her so much and feel truly blessed and very lucky to have her!
