IMPORTAINT
-The reason I am saying this is because multiple personalities devolp as a way to cover for an extreme weakness of a certain kind (usually related to a trauma) in the first. So would you want another personality to cover your weaknesses (social skills, ego problems etc)
-Just like in real life if you choose to have a second personality you don't control when it appears, it is decided by your subconsious that you are too weak to deal with a certain situation so you need to switch personality

I have heard people say that the worlds population is to great and we should not have as many babies anymore. Personally I do not agree, BUT please only answer my question. I do not wish to get into a debate about whether or not we have to many people in the world^_^. My question is, if hypothetically people WHERE to have less children, then how would we be able to support them when they got to old to make a living? We are already starting to struggle to support retired citizens as the baby boomers enter old age. So, if this generation enters old age, and there are even LESS young people, then how can they support those that cannot support themselves. Already China is struggling with this issue. While I do agree they have too many people, they are facing difficulties. millions of people are entering old age, but since the pop. has decreased, those who can work are struggling to support themselves, much less the older generation.

I'm looking for problems/ concerns/ issues confronting the business and industrial world; issues that concern about globalization, outsourcing, flexible contractualization, skills-matching/underemployment (college graduates and yet landing on jobs that don't match their degrees), etc. and how it might be connected to psychology. I am not really familiar with business/industrial psychology.

All the time I was at school I was bullied everyday. Because of this I started hating everybody. Now I spend my life alone not trusting anyone. In fact the only reason I haven't gone mad about this is the support of my family and being on Yahoo! Answers. How can I change how I think about people and start trusting again. Because if I don't change now I am going to be this really lonely old person. And I don't want to end up like that.
