I'm looking for problems/ concerns/ issues confronting the business and industrial world; issues that concern about globalization, outsourcing, flexible contractualization, skills-matching/underemployment (college graduates and yet landing on jobs that don't match their degrees), etc. and how it might be connected to psychology. I am not really familiar with business/industrial psychology.

Take a look out the window...

If labor exploitation through anti-worker legislation and deficit increasing trade policies haven't made an impact in your backyard then you must be living in some rural Amish community. I took a train trip from Troy Mi to Chicago Il back in 97'. Train tracks in any metropolitan area take you through the heart of our manufacturing lands and they tell the story without saying a word. I thought I was traveling through Berlin after the Allied invasion.

The biggest threat to corporations these days is pro-worker legislation that gravitate around these issues. Unemployment Compesation--funding and extensions. Social security--eliminating the 90k cutoff. Health care--reforming pharmaceutical legislation and devising a national plan. Unions--expanding workers rights to organize and collectively bargain. We get some of these issues hammered out and the middle class may be restored instead of on the fast track to poverty. Such bold legislation would inevitably knock the pro-corporate leadership back into a pro-citizen agenda. Surely there's more to list but hopefully others can fill the gaps.

Nice scholarly question--stick around and indulge!!
