My dad left me when I was 10 (just after my mum died) and I havent seen him since. I know that Im better off with out him, and I never want to see him again..... But Ive always wondered how he can live with himself? I just don't get how he could walk away and carry on his life like I never happened....any ideas why men do this?
Id like so real insight please

I've observed that a fair amount of people on these boards are closet religious fanatics that don't seem to think in the same logical way that one would expect people to think (ie: rationally).

Is this an effect of being born into religion or otherwise introduced to it at a young age?

You know i love the way i look, and thats not being full of it, it's because i know i take care of myself, and look the best i can....i dont make it a habit to judge other people by what they look like, because, it's a fact we all inherit our parents genes, and of course we are all gonna look different...people are always going to judge another by their own standards right...so.........
Okay we all see ourselves, and believe we are a certain way right?.....and too many people face disapointement when others see them different to how they view themselves, and to be fair, dont many of us regard ourselves to be more than we really are?.......

Last night i had a dream about my dad. He died last november but the dream was extremely real.

He was telling me that he is doing things that he wished he done when he was younger. He gave me a hug and told me things about my life and advice. After that there was a bright white light afterwards. The dream was longer than that but it would take to long to write it all down.

I also saw him in the dream come into my bedroom and say you two make a lovely couple, he was on about me and my fiance.
It was so realistic, and i woke up wondering where he was, it took me about 5 minutes to work out he was already dead.

Ive never experienced this before, anyone know what this means, its was wierd!

Hi, first of all I'd like to know what makes a person a sex addict. I know it's something to do with pscyological problems, but are they dangerous and/or scary? Are they potential rapists? Please, this is not some adult content, I met one on the internet when he answered my question. So, I'd like to know what a sex addict is like and if I should be afraid of him. i work in a mall and i sell phones and i am good at what i do, but i am not the best.....my coworker which i know i am better then sells more phones then i do, and after watching him for about two weeks i did notice that i am better then he is, but the people he deals with just falls for him and buys phones....i guess my question is how do i develope instant personal magnatism

I've been with my boyfriend for 10 months and i really like him hes a great guy (most of the time), but we argue over stupid things, and i think i depend on him too much. i can't really be "alone", cause i get bored and depressed, and i really want to become more independent from others, im not sure what to do, please help.
