Ask your customers how they are and mean it. Laugh at their jokes, if they say something add to the conversation. People like to think that the person waiting on them likes them and thinks they're nice or finds them interesting.

Just be friendly and have fun with people. Talk to them instead of just waving a phone in front of them. You can't sell anything if you can't sell yourself first. (figuratively not literally, I mean don't open up your own brothel or anything)

Realize that becoming more personal magnet is an ebb and flow thing. You won't feel that way all the time, just like other feelings come and go.

be confident in yourself, stand tall and proudly, like you are selling a vial of the water from the fountain of youth (know what i mean) give you customer the idea that this phone could babysit their kids, walk the dog, and have dinner on the table all at once and before 5 pm.... and i DONT mean lie, but give them the feeling that you back your product and trust it 100% (plus the boost of confidence in yourself is always rewarding)

You have to plan ahead. Listen to what he says and find ways to improve on it. And don't be full of crap people can sense that right away. Be genuine, look good, smell good and give good conversation.
