Wow.
I actually have an answer to this question.
I met this guy last year when i was upgrading my last high school year.
We were just hanging out one day and i asked him... "Are you happy?"

I proceeded to state that i meant happiness in the sense that you're actually content, not material-happy.

And he didn't have an answer.
But it made him think for a long time.

When we talked a few weeks later, he said that he had never before thought whether HE was happy. He was too focused on other things. But he learned that he needed to make sure that he was content with himself...

I thought it was sweet... extremely sweet because most people just answer questions and let it go. But he actually thought hard about it and changed his life because of it.
