does anyone know why i keep waking up around 3.16 - 3.18 am, i wake up dreaming wakes me and i cant remember what it is im dreaming about ?????

The other day i was reading something and it was a study on how thoughts effect your body and it was tested using your pinkie finger.They had 3 tests to determine this.The 1st group worked out there pinkies for 2 times every week.The 2nd group just thought about working out there pinkies.And the 3rd group did nothing.The results were:1st group pinkies became 35% stronger,the 2nd became 16% stronger,and of course the 3rd group dinit see a change.My qeustion is if this same method works on your hieght.if you think about growing, will you grow taller?

*I'm not even sure why am I asking this here. *

So, here's the thing, I'm currently working on my MBA (1st year & full time) and at the same time, I'm doing an internship. Trying to kill 2 birds at a time isn't working too well for me. I really don't want to take less units because it will take me longer to finish grad. school; and I definetely don't want to quit the internship because I think it is a great opportunity to gain experience. But I can't handle this anymore!! I'm not performing the way I want at school; and at work, sometimes I don't even know what am I doing. I really suck!! and I hate myself for it.

Anyways, here's my question. What would you give up? Would you take less units at school and graduate a quarter later, or would you quit your internship and miss a great working experience?

my employer, ex BF and evil mother all call me that name and I hate them for it. I want to quit my job , but I think that will just give my ***** superv what she wants. Why do people call people names are they imherently evil? and they say it for no warranted reason. Just for simply existing. My bf is a woman beater, my mother a foreigner from korea, after 25 yrs hasnt learned english & is a bagger at a grocery store, and my ex a forklift driver. Who do they think they are? And why r people like this? are all people evil and abusive? who isn't? I cant stand people like this...yet they all seem to be around me...

I had mine while i was poor,living in a 1 bedroom apt. barely able to support myself, no friends or life, and now its totally changed around, Good job, nice place, women, friends and family all around,and i think that the experence was an act of fate, in order for me to open my eyes , to develop the spirtual side of myself. Now if only i could meet a women that has the same views as me :) How about u?
