I think what you meant to say is that's okay too.
This is purely speculation on my part.I think bad grammar comes from a combination of two things. The first is just a complete misunderstanding of grammar. Most people don't know if they feel good or well.Just one example.
Another primary reason is grammar is not very often critiqued when people speak. Therefore they write as they speak.People speak freely in casual conversation."How ya doin?""We need to talk."
So I would say lack of knowledge when writing(combined with writing as you would speak(not talk). There are many examples of what I'm talking about contained in my answer. There are a few grammatical errors but most people don't like to sound like robots. Therefore a more freestyle approach to the language. The Yahoo! spell check is a complete joke and lacks any sophistication.I rarely use it because sometimes it blanks out the last three letters of scientific terms even though I know they're spelled correctly.
That's my take,I hope it sheds some light...

It really gets on my nerves when people use bad grammar. Also, when they do not punctuate and capitalize their letters... also, using u, 2, 4, u'll etc... I think that to be taken seriously people (in general) should write correctly and run a spell check! There is no excuse for not making an attempt to do these things. You are after all asking supposed serious questions and wanting to be taken seriously with your answers.... most of us are out of the fifth grade at least! (Steps down from my soap box).
