Do you keep dreaming about the same things? There seems to be a pattern. Sometimes when you have trouble sleeping at night, you do tend to wake around the same time. Try going to bed at a different time, or reading something before falling asleep, or sometimes even if your on the computer for a long time your eyes get tired and you sleep better. Have a glass of milk before falling asleep. If you are having any alcohol before going to bed try cutting that out for a while. Sometimes you wake up during the night if you've had a couple drinks before retiring. Last but not least, take a hot bath, and try a sleeping pill or sometimes even my allergy pills make me drowsy enough to fall asleep. If none of the above work, call a doctor, and see what they recommend . Hoped I helped some. Take care
