Like Miss Kathleen I started with zoloft and reached the max at 200mg. I was better but still not well enough to get out of the severe depression I was experienceing 8 years ago. Wellbutrin was added and it helped tremendously. I take the zoloft in the morning with 150 mg. of Wellbutrin, then another Wellbutrin 150mg around 3PM. Due to the fact that, it was my second major depression, I will take these throughhout my life. Praise God all is well. A psychiatrist knows the right combination or single meds to take. I woudn't rely on a primary care physcian, because frankly they're clueless.
