Oh hell yes. I still remember being like, 5 years old (I'm 28 now) and stepping on a full on PIN CUSHION that was lying on the living room carpet. The memory of seeing a dozen pins sticking out of my bare feet still sticks with me to this day. Ugh.

Yes - I hate doing it. But, I like to look fast to see if I stopped stepping in time to not cut myself.

i always fear it will be sticking out of the top of my foot. i had this fear for years and then i stepped on a framing nail and it didnt go all the way through. it just caused a massive infection

i have this feeling when i get in contact with a burning thing,litteraly speaking hehe,for an instant, one cannot feel anything,the sarcastic and the funny is the waiting part,until you get the expected sensation ,ouchhhhhhhh

ha.. hope your foot (or feet) is better. usually i don't freeze. i will curse under my breath (or out loud if im at home) and start looking around for that culprit who left that bloody pointy thing there!
